Upgrade Construction, Inc. is located in a small town of Cambridge, Idaho. Mike Nixon and family founded Upgrade Construction, Inc. in 1991 in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mike has been in the Excavation & Grading Business for 32+ years and has held many licenses from General Engineering (A), Demolition (C21), Parking Lot & Highway Improvement (C32), and is a Complex Septic Installer. 

Upgrade Construction started their first big projects in the Oakland Hills, Ca, after a tragic fire had destroyed approximately 3200 homes. Upgrade was hired to remove the damaged concrete footings, re-grade the home sites, and excavate and drill for new home foundations, which lasted about 2 years. In the following years Upgrade worked for many custom home builders, developers, and worked on public work projects. Some of our services consist of Excavation, Grading, Demolition, Pier Drilling, Sub-drain and Drainage Systems, Sewer, Underground Utilities, Onsite soil screening, and Dump Truck Work.

Mike has effectively worked with homeowners, civil and soil engineers, architects, city inspectors, and other contractors to help keep his projects working in a timely manner and executed correctly.
